The people and general service at this bank are good. They do what they are supposed to, and the tellers, managers, back office do try to accomodate your needs, and answer your questions. I will note one major issue that I can never get over though. I just got involved in my mom's mortgage this year for the first time and discovered a $50K tax discount (over many years) that this bank never told her about.
