I usually hate going to bike shops and get quite anxious. I tend to do a lot of my own maintenance which tends to just frustrate mechanics when I do finally take something in for a repair. The royal bikes team however are so friendly and patient, even with Shaun sitting with me to find the perfect port cover as well as Shaun test riding my comically small size 52 bike and the team even complimenting me on my bike knowledge.
