I went to this store while visiting for Virginia and it was so nice. The customer service was great and the service I recieved in picking a "WestCoast" product was great. The young lady was sincere and really concerned about my needs with also helping me understand the dos and donts of weave. I order my weave from them now or have a relative buy it and mail it. I wont use any other brand but Anna Wet and Wavy. Thanks Royal!!! Loyal Va Customer
