Needed a replacement for an RB1290 battery for my uninterruptable power supply (UPS). My phone call was picked up swiftly with an actual person on the other end. They had the battery in stock and informed me of their early closing time for Fridays during the summer. Drove out to the physical location and purchased the replacement battery within 1 hour of my phone call.
