Don Grant is rude!!!! He has no clue on how to speak or treat people. I wouldn’t do business here at all!!!!!
Love getting robbed by my bank after 15 loyal years 🙃 $35 overdraft fees even when my transfer hits at midnight. 9 times in 3 months. Totally legal, right? (Spoiler: it’s not — Missouri says hi.)
They never follow through when they say they will email you. They will randomly charge you fees for just having an account open. They will not be able to explain why they are charging you the fees, and they will also not give you your money back. One month they took 3 dollars another 15. Watch your money. They try to skim off your account without you noticing.
Michael has gone above and beyond explaining things to me and helping me with my new accounts which is hard to find. Everyone else has been helpful as well. Thanks again!
