I’ve been banking here for a very long time. But you have one location left anywhere near where I live. And this location, supposedly your new main branch on Olive, is always having an ATM issue. There are limited lobby hours, limited locations, limited ATMs that are nonfunctional 90% of the time. I am so tired of every time I come to my bank lately, there’s a problem. Having a mortgage with this company is a complete NIGHTMARE!! Extremely outdated online system and a rude, unprofessional manager. First of all, I didn't choose Royal Banks of MO to service my loan, it was sold to them. I've had 3 or 4 mortgage loan servicers in the past and I've had zero issues with them but I've already had numerous issues in the first few months with Royal Banks. I always get coins here,sometimes small coins hide in a bigger coin rolls. Today i found penny in a nickel. Royal bank charge for coins,then they have to inspect that.
