Shout out to Royal Banks of Missouri. They may be a multi-state conglomerate, but they still have the home town service (At least at the Jerseyville branch). I had a large deposit go to my checking account which I scheduled a large electronic pull from, but mistakenly tagged my savings account for the pull. Instead of just sending a NSF and causing chaos, they called me to confirm the transaction and moved the funds over to the savings account so the transaction could complete.
