Consider not doing app maintenance on the weekend, can’t use the app nor can I go in person because they’re closed. Also, 3 days is a long time for a banking app to be under maintenance. Other than that, they have good customer service. Update: day 4 and the app is still down past their scheduled maintenance time
It does not matter who you are, Kayla and the rest of the team at Royal Bank, will go above and beyond to help members of the community! I have found myself in hard times and acts of kindness they have preformed for me, they did not have to but they cared enough to help me. I will never forget how they helped me in my time of need. A special Thank You to Kayla who started the ball rolling to help me.
