The front desk service attitude was very poor. The massage therapist Lily had an extremely bad attitude during the massage. She was very rough and perfunctory. I would strongly advise not going there for a massage next time.
I had a wonderful session with therapist Nikki. She is highly skilled and very experienced in massage. Her techniques were professional and soothing, and my shoulder and neck pain were significantly relieved. I feel so much better now!
前台小姐真的很死板，我付了80分鐘的錢，我想要腳按一個小時，下背按20分鐘，她說不行，最後問我要不要退款，為什麼客製化的服務都沒有？我付了錢想按哪裡需要照表抄課？
之前一直很喜歡這間按摩店，對朋友說每個按摩師都很棒，真的有放鬆的感覺 直到這兩個月光顧，連續遇到不同位按摩手法很差勁的師傅 很像同一個地方重複塗乳液 還被用洗頭的方式按摩頭部 離開前掉了很多頭髮 並沒有放鬆的感覺，覺得全身都很痛 酸痛的地方依然持續酸痛
How dissapointing. I booked a foat soak and a 50minute upper body massage. Looking forward to it all week with the great reviews on tiktok etc. The foat soak was ok. The massage was the worst one Ive had. The lady was so rough despite me telling her on 3 occasions that it was too hard, she kept rearranging the towel on my head by throwing it down... multiple times. It felt like the whole thing was a rush and she had places to be. We have a family group booking there next week and I am reconsidering.
