The best place for elderly people to be here. Residents are blessed to have the best nursing staff here at this place. Excellent care. From kitchen to house keeping, laundry to nursing department people work here from heart. Though the job is professional, the love towards residents comes from their heart. A big salute and my due respect to all the staff at Royal Ascot Care Centre. Specially to all the Care Aides who put their effort in feeding, toileting, grooming and taking care of the skin. The place doesn't even deserve one star. Care is terrible,under staffed, food is not fit for human consumption. You only get half decent care if you are Chinese, otherwise you get mostly substandard care if you aren't Chinese.
