Was a client for DECADES had our taxes done there again last year. Our taxes were held “ hostage” until they were paid for services. We assumed our taxes had been filed. We have never not paid. We were never told they hadn’t filed our taxes. This year I made an appointment they waited 2 weeks then told us they filled our appointment slot because I was “ rude” when I complained about our taxes last year. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
