Just purchased a Hvac unit from Royal Aire and we are so pleased with everything about them. After calling them in the middle of the heat wave they were out the next morning and everything was done within 2 days. Great job, great service and good product.

I had a new system installed by Royal Aire 3 years ago and pay for their service plan every year. They come out some time in April(were just here a couple days ago) and clean and inspect the system. The nice thing is I don't have to remember anything. They call a few days ahead to schedule a time. And have always been right on time. I very much reccomend Royal Aire. I found them through Costco and they were able to give me a better deal than Costco. And to top it all off the unit I paid for was on a 2 week back order so they upgraded me to the next size up free of charge. They installed the roof unit, ran ducting and installed the registers in every room exactly where I wanted them. I've been on the roof and in the attic and everything is still in perfect shape. I am a former construction worker so I know what to look for. They also come out same day usually for any issues that arise. My control pad died last year late one night in the dead of winter. They sent out a tech within an hour to replace it. Love the company.

Thank you Royal Aire for coming out a few hours after we called and fixing our heat and hot water heater! We have been out of heat and hot water since Dec 15 ! Waiting for warranty to do something! Done with warranty, will always call you❤️

I am so very pleased with the quickness and efficiency of Royal Aire helping with our air conditioning needs! Thank goodness they were able to replace our air conditioner before this Chico heat wave coming on Thursday! I don't think I can handle 107 degree heat without Royal aire! A+ to the entire team!!!

We have a 6700 sf tool store in Chico and there are 4 heating and air conditioning units here. We needed them to be maintained, cleaned, and two of the units were not working properly. Royal Aire came out, fixed the first one on the spot, then scheduled a call for a few days later. Donnie Cope came out and got everything clean, working, and cool in here. Yay! Also, we got onto their regular maintenance plan, which was not expensive. I only wish we had been doing this all along. I highly recommend these guys for heating and air conditioning service and also I'm going to be checking into their solar service, since we've got solar, too. Very professional.
