Rafal was very polite and knowledgeable. He went over all the steps from start to finish, answered all my questions and went over the product options taking his time and explaining the whole process. Royal got the ball rolling and whey my insurance company was trying to lowball me they put in some extra work to make things right. Once things were settled they put on a new roof, cleaned the place up and you'd never know they were here. Royal took care of things start to finish!
