This cozy boutique was such a delight to visit. More importantly, the staff was just as warm and welcoming as the storefront itself. I came in with a special embroidery request that needed a very quick turnaround. We've lived in this town for over 20 years and were excited to check out this store while walking around. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The store was completely empty (it was daytime), yet the owner or manager didn’t seem the least bit welcoming. Instead of greeting us with any enthusiasm, they dismissively asked what we wanted, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. The attitude felt outright hostile. We left within two minutes—definitely not the experience you'd expect from a local business. Their loss.
