As a first time home buyer I was expecting this to be a difficult and complicated process. However, Mr Burr's team has made this an easy and absolutely painless process. They have been with me every step of the way, and I honestly feel like they wanted me in a home just as badly as I wanted to be in one. I never expected such a personalized and helpful game plan to get me in a home of my own. I will be recommending them to anyone interested in home ownership.
Confusing and poor communication. No showed our zoom appointment only to say their meeting was running long after we were waiting for 20 minutes. My husband and I are motivated to get pre-approved and buy within next 6 months. My husband was calling from the north slope of Alaska and to no show is very rude. I have fantastic experience with Roy and his team. They close the home on time. The process was stressful, but Roy makes sure to educate his buyer about the process. He doesn't sell you number and going over the math with you. Highly recommend.
