The piercing lady was so rude and disrespectful. Just so hostile and unprofessional for no reason. Her personality and the way she talks to people doesn't belong in customer service. She also said to use hydrogen peroxide to clean nipple piercings which as a piercer she should know that's a huge no. I had a good tattoo experience here but never again will I get or recommend a piercing here.
Murphy is the worst. I got a tattoo from this shop and afterwards he was rude to me and blocked me. Do not go here for a tattoo. Hes rude and unprofessional as hell.
Got a tattoo by Love and she did an amazing job. Very satisfied.
Murphy is the best he did both of my tattoos he is light handed and very organized, my tattoo is healing properly i had no complications or problems with my tats keep it up Murphy i be back soo for add ons
Be prepared to wait up to three hours on Tuesdays for the $10 piercings. Unfortunately, my experience was very disorganized. I was told that I was next, but ended up waiting an additional hour even though no one was ahead of me. During that time, it was difficult to find staff or get an update on what was causing the delay. While I understand that promotions can be busy, better organization and communication would greatly improve the customer experience.
