I had such a great waxing experience! Olivia was still in training, but honestly, you would never know it. She was so professional, gentle, and confident that she should already be out of training. The entire service was pleasant and completely pain‑free. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and I left feeling amazing. Highly recommend her!
