Fantastic caring team that go above and beyond for all their customers, with a beautiful range of product.
After purchasing a supposedly commercial grade table for an apartment building communal space, the table top constantly separated from the base when moved by residents. There is no other obvious way to move the table, and even the couriers delivering the table moved it in this way. Despite attempts to seek a resolution with Roxby Lane, we were palmed off and told that it was our responsibility to arrange expensive shipment to their warehouse before they’d repair it.
