I get headaches due to neck & trap muscles being very tight all the time been to physio in Adelaide for very strong physio always get rid of my headaches. Go to roxby physio tell me if you do it can cause more damage to sensitive things in neck when it comes to physio its it meant hard to get rid of tight muscles & problem areas. They do not do it hard enough to get rid anything you would have to have physio there 20 times to get what i got in Adelaide 1 time
