Had to ask for Home Report three times before receiving. Various no call backs and then made a very stressful move day even more stressful with no communication on where to pick up keys for my new property. They had "a didn't give a toss attitude" because they were closing??? (1.00pm on a Thursday ten days before Christmas). They sent keys to a ridiculous location which, if it hadn't been for the wonderful Thomsons Removals, would have meant I would still be moving in to my new Home very late into the evening.
