Excellent customer service and banking and investment products. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and take their time to explain things thoroughly-something you won't find at the BIG banks.
They're usually pleasant folks except for when they "Bully you over the Phone" then it becomes a different story altogether.
They’re always very pleasant, helpful and their drive-thru hours are fantastic… 7AM to 7PM Monday through Friday!
