This bank put a hold on a certified check meant to cover materials for a job. Yes a certified check. Two prior checks from the same institution had both been processed without holds. But since my account balance was low as the teller said they would need to place a hold on the check, which has me in danger of loosing the job and throwing my schedule way off. Should I loose this work based on this are they going to repay me? If my balance is low don't I need the money that much more? That's the customer service you can expect... read more
