My family has been coming to Roxanne since we moved to GA over 25 years ago. In the beginning she was good and got our taxes done in a timely manner. Since she lost her front desk employee her work ethic has PLUMMETED into the dirt. She does not call back, list to her voicemails, nor read her emails. Well my appt was Monday, June 6th at 11:30, I got to Roxanne's office at 11:15 and the door was locked and I knocked and knocked but no one answered. So I called and got a voice mail saying that the mail box was full, so I could not leave a message. I waited till 11:45 and left. 😟😟😧
