Roxanne made the process of drawing up (and recently amending) my will easy and painless. No one really enjoys contemplating their eventual death but I know that when I pass, those I leave behind will not be left with a mess to cleanup but rather a blueprint for settling my affairs. She made sure I understood every element of the documents before I signed, answers dozens of questions, and made sure my will said exactly what I needed to so that my wishes are carried out. Excellent experience overall.
Very disappointed with the service and how she handled my wife's mother estate. At the end of the process she told me she did not know how to answer my questions about why the administrator received all of the estate money and there was nothing left for my wife. She also did not know the status of the property sales. She charged us over $3.5K which ran out about one month after she took on the case and then was not willing to handle unless we made additional payments. Roxanne was very knowledgeable and patient as we inundate her with questions. When you have small kids making sure your will is organized and well-written is key. Her experience and willingness to help was outstanding!
