Roxanne is very good at her job. She is very patient at times when I could not understand the process, she worked diligently to get the job done and the refinance completed..
While Roxanne did a great job with communication, I think there are several things that can be improved on. First, the information that was given to me was sub par. As a first time homebuyer I was expecting an informing and enjoyable process. This process was, from my perspective, hectic and stressful. I wasn't really informed on costs and the process until they appeared and that made things very confusing. Second, the closing was not great. Roxanne and her team did an amazing job. They communicated through the whole process. They made it so quick and easy. We were even able to close sooner than the date on the contract. Highly recommend.
