If I could give negative stars, I would. Roxanne is unprofessional, inflexible, and unsympathetic. Her staff is no better. She has a short fuse/is hot-tempered, and I would not want someone like that representing me in a legal situation as she would not be able to maintain a professional decorum in a court of law. I quite honestly cannot figure out how she is still in business in a small town like East Dundee. I highly suggest you find literally anyone else to represent you-even one of those TV ad lawyers.
