Nice clean friendly facility
The facility itself is lovely on the inside as are the tenants. However, the management has zero interest in resolving conflicts or accommodating residents and visitors. My grandmother has lived in this building for over 10 years. As she has aged, so has my mother who is a nurse and her primary caregiver. My grandmother has been very ill recently and in an effort to avoid hospitalization, my mother stayed overnight ONE evening last week. Administration has been made aware of a situation that is causing fear and discomfort to their residents. They have refused to act, and have caused my grandmother undue stress. A petition was signed by residents and an attorney, and that too has been ignored.
