We're value shoppers, but we opted to get a nice family table. It was custom built and we waited 4 months for it to arrive. It was not cheap, and we were promised that it would be handled with care in delivery. Rowley & Sons was selected to do the last leg of delivery. On delivery, the furniture was handled like it was a Walmart milk drop—boxes were carted and dropped abruptly, cardboard and wrapping were damaged. Had a horrible delivery experience with this company who delivered a gazebo we bought. They were extremely rude , didn’t say anything and when asked a question they responded very dismissive. Dropped all 5 boxes but last box they had to hold together to bring in and when I asked about it he took a pic of the non damaged boxes and took off. When we expressed concern he said you can call customer service , gave me a thumbs up and ran to truck. They took off without acknowledging anything. Very unprofessional rude behavior.
