Lea was friendly and professional. I was told my couch would be 4-5 weeks and it arrived in just under 4 which I was very happy about! It looks great and is very comfortable. I always thought Rowes was too expensive and I had not considered going there for any previous purchases. I was very wrong, pricing is reasonable and no more than any other retailer. I will be back.
I was very impressed by the kindness and courtesy of one Rowes employee, Ian Hoy. When I visited with my very frail 96 year old father, he immediately found a chair for him. He took time to find and locate a place that had in stock what we needed. Then he made sure my father was able to get out of the chair okay. I think Rowes should be very proud of this employee. His service attitude is exceptional.
