I like to share the excellent sales service & follow up service when we had a problem. We purchased two new Lazyboy recliners in late 24. I was well aware that delivery timeframe was approx 12 weeks. We were coming up to Xmas and it was looking like they would not arrive before Xmas. A lady by the name of Michelle moved heaven & earth and the chairs arrived on our doorstep a few days before Xmas.
