Very dishonest. They tried to lie about the size of my septic tank to get more money out of me. Little did they know I helped install my 1000 gallon tank. Not a 1200 gallon tank as they tried to lie about.
I am a little late with this review, I thought of Rowels after I had a bad experience with someone else. Last summer during the heat wave, I called Rowels for central air. They came, gave me an estermet, told me when they could start and when they would finish. Everything happened like they said it would and they did it at a price a lot lower than anyone else.
Our Central air went out and we called around, no one could repair or install for weeks until we called Rowells. They fit us in immediately. We needed a new system and it was installed the next week. Thank you to Al, who was fantastic and the service people who installed the system. Great price, also.
Chris pumped my septic. It would be hard to find a nicer guy. Very helpful. Knowledgeable and patient with me and my questions. Give him a raise.
They do a super job they multi task alot of different jobs in our coop park thank you for your help we will continue to have them service us.
Very good experience. On time, personable and professional. thanks office staff and Bill the driver.
