Poor customer service...I have been trying all year ...with the retailer. FB messenger. I have the Nantucket chair, ottoman and couch with the two large and two seat pillows. I have been trying to order replacement cushions. Worst experience
Their furniture is expensive and doesn’t hold up and they don’t stand behind it. It looks beautiful but very poor quality. I purchased 2 chairs a little over a year ago and sat in them a handful of times. I live in a no pet no children household. The metal on a chair began poking through causing the fabric to rip. When I reached out to the store where I purchased the furniture, I was told they contacted this manufacturer and was told nothing could be done because it was out of warranty. The 2.8 star rating is too generous. We received our sectional in March of 2024 and have had FIVE CLAIMS, of which only one has been resolved. The ‘warranty’ is the fall-back. It’s clearly a defective piece of furniture. Rowe holds no accountability. Selling poorly made furniture is one thing, having poor customer service is another. We were denied the request to speak with the engineering department and emails to the president went unanswered. I would be embarrassed to represent this brand in any fashion.
