The bad reviews must only represent a small portion of Rowe's overall business because they have been manufacturing in the USA since 1946 and carry a lifetime warranty on their frames. This would not be possible without a quality product. Poor customer service...I have been trying all year ...with the retailer. FB messenger. I have the Nantucket chair, ottoman and couch with the two large and two seat pillows. I have been trying to order replacement cushions. Worst experience

Their furniture is expensive and doesn’t hold up and they don’t stand behind it. It looks beautiful but very poor quality. I purchased 2 chairs a little over a year ago and sat in them a handful of times. I live in a no pet no children household. The metal on a chair began poking through causing the fabric to rip. When I reached out to the store where I purchased the furniture, I was told they contacted this manufacturer and was told nothing could be done because it was out of warranty.
