Worse place to send ur family member, staff shout at resident and treat them really bad especially Mandy, will not advise anyone to sent their love one there. Resident are being ignore and staff and manager go out for a smoke all the time.
Management are unprofessional, rude and bully staff.
My mother has been in the home for just over two weeks. When I walked into the home it felt like home very welcoming. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was unable to visit my mother for a couple weeks but the difference in her when I did see her was amazing. She was well cared for I could see at a glance. She had settled well and I know she is in safe hands
