I love that they give the rides to any doctor appointments to the disabled BUT, with that said, every single time we call to schedule a ride or have to call for any reason at all, the lady who always answers the phone is incredibly short with everyone and pretty rude! It's just very unnecessary.
I enjoy it they are on time and very kind
