I purchased a Rowan Chair under 2 years ago and sat it in probably 20 times in a no kids no pet house. A metal piece has come through and ripped the Upholstery. I reached out to the store where I purchased the item they contacted Rowan and were told it was out of warranty. Seems like their chairs only last a year. It was hardly sat in. I would never purchase any furniture made by this company.
Great furniture company to work with and they have a great selection of patterns and colors To accommodate the styles of the customers. Also, the designers and workers there are awesome, which makes it easy for customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
Rowan is the best kept Greenville secret!! I always find something unique to add to my home with the help of their friendly staff!
I had a wonderful experience at Rowan Company Furniture when ordering my new, custom Taylor King sofa. I was not certain what size, fabric, or cushion design I wanted when I entered the store. Fortunately, the sales staff greeted me warmly and we started the process of finding the perfect sofa. I must have looked at 20 fabric books and sat on every sofa in the store.
