Don't Leave a sick dog with them! I've Left my dog Zoey with Rover Ranch Twice and this last time Dec 23, 24 25 She was sick with a LUTI (Lower urinary tract infection) she needed to be given two Calvamox pills Twice a daily. I sent all together 8 pills and when I got back from Vacation I come to find out that Zoey is still sick! I took her back to the Vet and they tell me that she still has some bacteria in her urine. This costed me another 130.00 Today while I was looking in the small tote that I left at Rovers Ranch with ... read more
Awesome boarding facility! Only the best for our "Rover" will do. They will allow you to go back and look at the kennels and walk through at any time. They love animals and it comes through at Rover's Ranch. My dog loves to go there and drags me up the steps when we get there. There facility is kept beautifully and I have gone outside and met part time workers who play with the dogs. I have come in while staff is grooming the dogs and they put some much time and care into the dogs! They call ,my vet to make sure my dog has a... read more
Barney and Jack love Rover's Ranch My boys, Barney and Jack, a shih tzu and a pek mix, both love it there, especially Barney. (Jack is alittle shy) By the time I pick them up after a few days, both are smiling and so happy! When I drop them off now, they know exactly where they are and practically haul me through the door without even a backward glance. The staff are friendly and gentle, and I wouldn't leave my sweet babies with anyone else! The owner is such a nice man and dotes on Jack because of his shyness, carrying him ... read more
