Extremely unprofessional experience. I reached out to this law firm regarding an urgent immigration matter and provided all requested information during our initial communication. After that, it took them three months to respond and then the responses eventually stopped altogether. Very horrible experience. Very unprofessional. She does not care about her customer at all and her assistant handled our case at the beginning. She claimed that she had reviewed every document finally sent out. However, there were questions forgot to be answered in the initial application which led to a supplemental documentation requirement; there were questions misunderstood and typo before the second submission and ourselves found those issues.
