This location is not a store. Too bad they haven’t updated the location on Google. It’s quite a drive to discover there is NO STORE at the Caledonia listed location.
Literally the WORST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Beware that they work with a third party delivery service and they have literally no clue what they are doing. They have absolutely no visibility into deliveries once they have left their warehouse. Trying to schedule a simple delivery has been a literal nightmare and you can’t get anyone on the phone who can actually help.
Unusual location, small showroom but excellent service. Very knowledgable and patient - beautifully designed furniture.
Rove Concepts delivered our outdoor coffee table for the balcony today. The delivery was smooth and the team was very diligent about getting the table in place. They even cleaned it up to ensure it was in perfect condition. We love the table!
