Overall, my experience with Rove Concepts is positive. There've been a few instances of receiving product with manufacturer's defects; however, client services is quick to rectify those situations. I dock one star becuase one instance of an unfulfilled order (which was already paid for and went unfulfilled due to an error on Rove Concepts' behalf) left me wanting.
