We were the sellers in a real estate transaction. Closing documents were signed on a Friday. Routten and Laster Law (who represented the buyer) refused to wire funds. Real estate is our business and we have never encountered a law firm who refused to wire funds. We were reassured that we would receive an overnight check instead. They sent via regular UPS delivery and we finally received our funds 5 business days after closing. Simply outrageous! Would not recommend this law firm!!
