Honestly a great experience for our first home purchase. Very smooth process, start to finish, and information was always clear and timely!
I'm not too happy about being overnighted a check for $50,000 and having it dropped on my doorstep because they didn't even arrange for signature. And while we're on the subject of disbursement I think it's a little ridiculous that they still can't wire money when every other closing agency seems to be doing it just fine. Anyway, if you decide to use this closing agency tell them you want them to require a signature upon delivery of a check so that UPS is not leaving a check on your doorstep that any random person could walk... read more
