Incredibly smooth check in and check out with polite and easygoing customer service. Added bonus - Shuttle to and from the airport - and incredible pricing - a winning combo in my books!
Took almost 1 hour from when I posted my arrival at YVR for the shuttle to arrive. The app allows tracking the van and despite repeatedly advising my arrival the van did not even leave the rental location. Endlessly hold when trying to call.
