They charged me extra for ( crossing the boarders) we never crossed the boarders and we try to explain and we have proof that we didn’t but they didn’t listen.
Rented from here without issue. Waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle each way.
Absolutely abysmal service. The woman at the counter was extremely dismissive and rude. Hidden fees all over the place. Not at all recommended.
