I want to thank Sezal at Routes Car Rental in Vancouver (Richmond) for her amazing help. My daughter and I went there to rent two cars, but my daughter’s card had an issue. Sezal was so patient and kind — she really went out of her way to help us fix the problem. Thanks to her efforts, everything got sorted out, and we finally rented both cars. We left very happy and completely satisfied with her excellent service. She truly made our experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend her and Routes Car Rental!
Great quick service
Rented a Volkswagen SUV , was given to us clean and with a full tank of gas. It drove excellently all over Vancouver. Staff was very helpful when we came to rent the car. Special mention to Bob, the airport shuttle driver. After dropping the vehicle off I was at the airport in less than 10 mins. Will definitely use them again when I return.
