I prepaid my car rental on Travelocity and my rental was not refundable. The car rental agency would not accept my insurance since I owned a 2015 I confirmed with the insurance the next day that I was covered the full value of the rental but they would not refund the insurance. Do not rent with them. They are dishonest.
Do NOT rent from this company, especially in this location. I was completely taken advantage of! I was charged for insurance when I repeatedly said I didn’t want it. I asked about the charges and she assured me she didn’t do that. It was almost midnight and I just wanted to get my kids to the hotel. She assured me to sign things and not worry about reading them.
