BEWARE - Routes requires proof of your own insurance, then forces you to pay up to $40/day for their insurance. This INVALIDATES the insurance you ALREADY HAVE on your credit card, and then you are RESPONSIBLE for a $3,500 deductible for ANY incidents or tiny damages to the car. Then they keep your credit card on file, auto-charge your card for that deductible, and refrain from informing you of the charge until 14+ days afterwards, to make sure it clears and makes it harder for your credit card to get the money back from the... read more
I prepaid my car rental on Travelocity and my rental was not refundable. The car rental agency would not accept my insurance since I owned a 2015 I confirmed with the insurance the next day that I was covered the full value of the rental but they would not refund the insurance. Do not rent with them. They are a dishonest company.

Do NOT rent from this company, especially in this location. I was completely taken advantage of! I was charged for insurance when I repeatedly said I didn’t want it. I asked about the charges and she assured me she didn’t do that. It was almost midnight and I just wanted to get my kids to the hotel. She assured me to sign things and not worry about reading them.
