Nice car, good service, good prices but no apple CarPlay enabled when we got the car. Probably an oversight but Double check when you book. Otherwise, nice people, convenient shuttle to YOW. Would use them again…
A number of things went wrong with this rental experience. The shuttle was over an hour late picking us up from the airport, and instead of taking responsibility the manager tried to blame us. The car we received was in poor condition, severely damaged and not properly cleaned (there was glitter everywhere). When we returned, they only had one shuttle running, which left us scrambling to get an Uber to the airport. Overall, this was frustrating and disappointing.
