Great professionalism with Carla
This local rental car company is terrible. We booked a two-week rental under a non-refundable policy (fair enough), but due to a flight issue, we arrived one day late. We still had to pay the full amount, yet there was no car available for us — even though we called the day before to inform them about our delayed flight. Stay away!

Easy to work and affordable
Very long wait for the shuttle at the airport. And the check in process at the office is very long line and only 2 people at the office helping. When we were returning the car the line was out the door and we stated we had a return and were ignored as were 5 other people in line trying to return the car they rented. Eventually a man was told we can leave the keys and get on the return shuttle, we didn’t have to wait in the line we did for 40 min. Very unprofessional and understaffed.
