Booked through my Amex App and it was very inexpensive. When I showed up to pick up the rental it turned out to be an additional $45 per day. Typical Rental scammers.

If I could I’d give them ZERO stars. Called numerous times to be picked up at O’Hare and all they say is 10 minutes. Never again will I be parking my vehicle here. Cheaper if you use SpotHero instead of booking directly at this location. The guy was rude and just hung up. Also the shuttle they provided doesn’t have heat. Terrible
