Called there to ask a few questions about wood stoves. The kid I talked to was like talking to a brick. He knew nothing, wouldn't bother to find any information for me, just kept repeating that the owner "MIGHT" be in tommorow and that I should call some other time. Totally useless - don't even know why he bothered to answer the phone! Maybe this IS NOT a place I want to do business.
They were pleasant enough and helped me with my purchase of some wood pellets, but all 4 guys I saw, not one was wearing a mask, even when they came to the front counter to take a payment from me. I did not feel comfortable getting too close to them. I suppose they aren't worried about the coronavirus or about their customers health and safety either. Very amenable people and diverse products
Worst experience ever ordering from them...don't waste your time go somewhere else. Or don't pay them up front for your order because it will take weeks longer. No return phone calls when promised... HORRIBLE.
