Scam. Took my car in for service because it failed emissions. Mr Yoon called me and told me it's ready and it's $550. He never called me to tell me an estimate and to approve the work. When I picked it up, he said that the check engine light "came back on". When I took it thru inspection, it failed for the same sensor which they allegedly replaced. I looked back at my receipt and saw that he charged me $100 (even) for fuel injection cleaner! F@#@! I'm not mechanically savvy, but I could get that from Auto Zone for under $15!... read more
