Came to Rouses today to get CRAWFISH because I was told by an employee last night that they would have it by 11 o’clock. I was told today by an employee that they weren’t gonna have it at all and then I wasted my time. Good job, disappointing customers. Not a bad storm… But don’t listen to their employees you’ll find yourself wasting your time like I did. I love Rouses! We were in the area and stopped. I will say that in this area the staff had no smiles and when asked a question, didn't really seem very interested in helping.
Very clean and everyone is so nice when they see you trying to find something!!!!
They have the best sushi, made fresh daily! Freshest salmon and beef selection A great peaceful atmosphere for shopping! My fav place to grocery shop.
