Ordered ONE sandwich tray for almost $80 this past weekend. I noticed as I was walking to my car that there was a strand of hair on the lid inside. Walked inside and asked the guy working to replace the lid. He did not apologize or act concerned. I was kind and understand things happen but an apology or 2 words would have been nice, especially since most people would have made a scene. Unprofessional.
