I went into the Gulf shores location. I don't have a problem with the products that they carry or the selections, but what my complaint is, that the employees look so unhappy. No one's smiling, it looks like no one wants to be there. Rouse's you have got to do better.
Tired of hostile cashiers. Hostile looking security guard. I spend a lot of money here every day. About 2-3 cashiers are friendly. I would go elsewhere immediately if certain products were available.
Some silently hostile. cashiers. Said hello and tried to make conversation, and stone silence, like you are not even there. Only one or 2 friendly ones. Sick of it.
